What do the Stock Market and Multilevel Marketing Have in Common?
The internet has expanded multi-level marketing around the world to millions making hundreds of millionaires every day. Also true investing in the stock market is now available to just about everyone on the planet all because of the internet.
The “Experts”
Both have produced so called experts in their field who have been lucky enough to have some success and make a name for them. Fair enough.
What they both are able to do with this success is capitalize to on it with their following.
With hundreds or thousands of followers they can say “invest in this stock” or “join that network marketing company” and thousands follow along.
And their followers never do their homework to really see if the opportunity or investment will work for them. They jump because the expert said jump.
Take a Careful Look
A lot of the so called experts do care — that’s the good news. They want you to succeed, because that helps them to be a success, too. A win-win situation.
However, a lot of the “experts” do not have your best interest at heart. Their real interest is adding to their bottom line.
Study a little about what goes on the internet and you will see it happen every day one of the big stock gurus says this is a winner and all their followers jump in buy all they can driving the price to new highs. Then the expert and some of the lucky one sell out real fast making big profits.
This leaves all the less experienced investors to pay for their new fortunes because they were not able to get out fast enough.
It’s the Same
It happens the same way with a lot of the multi-level marketing companies out there. Today there are so many new ones starting up every day. It becomes very easy for the so-called expert to make a ton of money from them leaving all of the inexperienced people to pay for their success.
Most network marketing companies require sponsoring new people and selling products to make a profit. The “expert” already has a large number of sponsored people or customers to market to. This makes them an overnight success in the new company. The less experienced people with no following or customers do not have a chance. There are a few who become successful but it is a very few.
Once Again — Do Your Homework!
I would like to get people to just do their homework before they join a new network marketing home business opportunity. Also study the fundamentals of the new stock they are planning to buy first. So when they succeed or fail they understand why.
Just take charge of your own finances instead of trusting someone you only think you know. The facts are available if you do not understand get someone to help you.
